FOR MASK OR MENACE
SUPERPOWERS
Some of Coby's abilities in-game can be a little ridiculous, so this here's a neat catch-all.
AVIAN COMMUNICATION⇀ More specifically, waterfowl. Even more specific, waterfowl of the goose variety. Look, he can talk to and understand the Canada Goose and all their unfathomable, incomparable mystery. No other bird. Justsatan this genus of goose.
ROKUSHIKI⇀ Lordy, here we go. Rokushiki, or the Six Powers, is a special brand of martial arts bordering on the super human. These are a series of techniques that take nothing less than absolute dedication and grueling training to attain, much less master. While it's largely a style used by the World Government's agents, many Marines of varying ranks have been seen to make use of it, Coby included.
KENBUNSHOKU HAKI⇀ Or rather, "observation haki". One of the forms of haki that allows the user to sense the presence of others, regardless of distance or obstacle. This skill often, when mastered, manifests as the ability to see the unique 'aura' of another person. In Coby's case, he can 'hear' the presences and voices of others to varying extents. One of the many uses of this type of haki is, unsurprisingly, eavesdropping.
During the Marineford fiasco, Coby's haki awoke in a pretty inconvenient way. He could hear and feel the pain and fear of both pirate and marine all across the field. Nothing really gets you going in the morning like the dying screams of war crammed inside your head, mmm boy.
While we're on the topic of debilitating empathy, another form of haki can allow the user to empathize with the emotions of another person or more. (Or, as demonstrated by Coby himself, the whole of Marine Headquarters. Dang.) Life is great.
If you Do Not Want this ability to be used with or around your character, please drop a line and let me know!
The same goes for if you DO want shonen shenanigans. HMU my dudes.

PHYSICAL CONTACT
general⇀ Heck yes. He's not super touchy-feely, but compared to getting smacked around on a daily basis by a gorilla masquerading as a mentor, hand-shakes and the like are a-ok.
violence⇀ HECK YEAH. Just be aware that while he doesn't have any major supernatural powers, he is strong enough to potentially bench press you and your dog. Let's go let's rumble. I'm 100% on with fights.
Maiming and the like, we might wanna talk it out first, but I can guarantee it's probably a yes.
ROMANCE/ETC⇀
platonic⇀ Yes. Strong platonic bonds are the core of my existence and I encourage any and all instances of it. Interactions pertaining to it, such as physical contact and the like, are a-ok.
romantic⇀ Good luck getting your intent through to him. As dedicated to his career and goals as he is, it'll take an Effort. If you want something like that to go down, man, let's plot.
sex⇀ Strong CR is a must, obviously. Let's talk about it.

While it's largely a style used by the World Government's agents, many Marines of varying ranks have been seen to make use of it, Coby included.
Soru⇀ Thought to be one of the fundamental bases for Rokushiki, Soru is a technique wherein the user moves at absurdly high speeds to either dodge an attack or heighten their own with increased momentum. At its peak, the user will vanish from sight. Gotta go fast.
Rankyaku⇀ Are you ready for another anime martial arts move? I hope so, because Rankyaku's smack dab at the top of the Rokushiki list of Really Strong Moves That You Shouldn't Try At Home. This little number is a projectile style attack, wherein the user jets out a 'blade' of compressed air that can seriously ruin your day. This can be achieved with kicks or any other appendage that the user is capable of hurling around at high velocity. Essentially, the basis of this move is 'I can cut you with my foot/hand/tail/GIRAFFE NECK so watch it, buddy'.
Shigan⇀ Thought we were done, did you? The Shigan is a close-quarter combat technique that generally involves slamming the user's finger (or fist) into a target at terminal velocity. The effect is similar to getting shot. (Or, in the case of fists, having a cannonball slammed into your ribs.) Coby has been seen using this technique to great effect, as he once destroyed a massive, runaway water wheel with a very well-placed punch.
